General 4G Services and 4G Applications: "For purposes of this article, services are defined as functions offered to subscribers by providers. Applications are defined as programs, software, or features that take advantage of (apply) the services offered by the networks. Generally, four categories of services or applications are being developed for use in the next generations of wireless communications. They are Localized/Personalized Information, Communications, Organizational, and Entertainment."
